CPI Receives National Award for “Reforms That Facilitate Job Growth”

The Pioneer Institute in Boston has given the CPI an award for our work on state jobs incentives as part of its annual "Better Government Competition."  The theme of this year's competition was policy ideas that facilitate job growth, and the CPI was recognized for our three-part test for evaluating state incentives for businesses.
